Checkout process: Select the date of your event and add the products you’re needing for your event to the cart. Then, checkout using the cart on the bottom of the page and tell us about your event, and any delivery/pickup specifics and you’re all set! This will create your wishlist and we’ll contact you with any questions we have and to confirm your event. 

Linen color/sizes: If you don’t see the linen color you’d like, or are unsure of the linen size you need let us know. We have most linen colors available, and can advise on the appropriate linen size for your table. 

Rental days policy: We consider the weekend one day. If you get rentals delivered or pick them up on Friday for an event on Saturday we will only charge one day. We will occasionally charge more if you will have the rentals for over four days, but review those on an event by event basis. 

Delivery/Pickup timing policy: Deliveries typically occur the day before an event and pick up the day after. Delivery/Pickup occurs between 8am and 4pm, and timed deliveries are subject to a fee, but we can usually accommodate a 5 hour window, or offer a text message/call prior to delivery. 

If you want linens but are unsure of the size, or have any additional requests please use the “additional instructions” on the checkout page. 

Tents are available but only via an email request or phone call to discuss availability.

Our minimum order to qualify for delivery is $200 of equipment rented plus our delivery fee (mileage based delivery/pickup charge).
